Coffee Shop Coffee-Infused

30-day first-stick satisfaction guarantee

If you do not love your first KAFX deodorant, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used deodorant is eligible. No return is required.

Available on your first deodorant purchase from KAFXBody.com. Limited to one deodorant stick and one guarantee claim per customer.

We refund the amount you actually paid for that one stick. You do not need to send it back or pay return postage. The delivery charge paid when you placed your order is not refunded.

Bought a bundle? The guarantee covers one deodorant stick, not the whole bundle. Its refund is its share of the price paid after discounts.

Email support@kafxbody.com with your order number and the deodorant you tried within 30 days of delivery. We will issue the eligible refund to the original payment method.

The guarantee does not cover body butter, soap, serums, other care products or later deodorant purchases, including subscription renewals.

Ordinary returns are different: eligible unopened, unused products may be returned under our standard return policy, with return postage paid by the customer. That return-postage rule does not apply to a first-stick guarantee claim. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately.
