Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions are optional and apply to single deodorant sticks. Choose delivery every 2 or 3 months at checkout. Your selected scent repeats with each delivery. Bundles are one-time purchases; scent swaps are not available at launch.

Recurring charges

Your subscription renews automatically at your selected interval until you cancel. The launch price is $16.19 per stick, 10% off the $17.99 one-time price. Shipping and applicable taxes are charged on every delivery. Your checkout shows the recurring price, shipping charge and delivery interval before you subscribe.

Skip, pause or cancel

You can skip, pause or cancel future deliveries through Subscriptions in your customer account. Make changes before your next order is processed. There is no minimum number of deliveries. If you need help, email support@kafxbody.com with your order number.

Orders already processed

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed. Our return policy and first-stick guarantee determine eligible refunds. The first-stick guarantee does not cover subscription renewals.
